About Me

Resilience Isn’t Something We’re Born With—It’s Something We Build.

I know this firsthand.

Like most people, my life has been a series of highs and lows. And like most, I tolerated it—pushing through the daily grind of what we often call “normal life.”

But when my second daughter passed away suddenly, my world fell apart. The pain was unbearable. Yet my surviving daughter needed me—that was the push that kept me moving forward.

In that moment, I had a choice: stay stuck in grief or rise stronger.

Through this journey, I realized that mental strength and emotional resilience aren’t fixed at birth—they’re skills that can be honed and trained, just like any other. And when you develop them, you don’t just survive challenges—you rise stronger than ever.

That realization led me on a path of deep discovery. I became obsessed with understanding how the mind works, how we form patterns, and -most importantly- how we can break free from the ones that hold us back. That’s what led me to coaching, sports psychology, and hypnotherapy.

Because while we can’t always control what happens in life, we can always choose how we respond to it.

MY STORY

I have always been a “fixer”—someone who loves helping others. But it wasn’t until I built my second life that I truly understood how to turn that passion into something meaningful.

After college, I followed what seemed like the most obvious career paths. I became a helicopter pilot and instructor, working in the U.S. for several years before moving to Norway with my husband. From there, I transitioned into construction, design, interior architecture, and photography. And while I excelled in all of these fields (and still love flying and photography!), something was missing. None of these paths truly fulfilled my deeper desire to help others in a meaningful way.

But on February 9, 2018, my world fell apart.

I was away on a work assignment when I got a phone call—the kind that stops time. My beautiful, healthy 1.5-year-old daughter had passed away suddenly in her sleep. She had run up the stairs that night, smiling, going to bed like every other evening. But in the morning, she didn’t wake up.

When something like this happens, life as you know it ceases to exist.

In that moment, I knew I could never go back to “normal.” I couldn’t return to a job that didn’t feel meaningful anymore. I had to find a way to contribute, to do good in the world.

That moment set me on a path of relentless personal growth—a journey that led me to discover my true purpose.

From Grief to Growth

For a long time, I wasn’t living for myself. I was simply moving through the days, surviving. But one day, while out on a walk, I had a sudden realization that changed everything:

💡 I can grieve and still be happy at the same time.

That was the breakthrough moment that allowed me to start truly living again. But I didn’t just want to return to life as it was before—I became determined to create something even greater.

The road back to mental and emotional well-being was long, but through deep personal development and transformation, I found my way. And I realized that my purpose is to help others shorten that journey—to help them move from grief, pain, or stagnation into a life of meaning, strength, and joy.

Why I Do What I Do

I know what it’s like to feel stuck, lost, and uncertain of the future.

I also know that resilience, mental strength, and emotional empowerment aren’t traits you’re born with—they’re skills you can train and develop. And when you do, everything changes.

That’s why I’ve dedicated my life to coaching high achievers—helping them break through mental barriers, rewire subconscious patterns, and step fully into their potential.

I used to struggle so badly with public speaking that I lost my voice at my own wedding when I tried to say a simple “thank you” to our 30 guests. Now? I'm a powerful public speaker—something my old self would have called crazy!

But here’s what I’ve learned: The fear of my ego is nothing compared to the power of helping even one person.

Now that I’ve found my way to deep, fulfilling contribution, I’m more excited than ever for the future—and for the people I’ll help along the way.

If you’re ready to unlock your own transformation, let’s talk.
